The Froller is a portable massage roller that provides cold therapy relief to sore and painful muscles. It is filled with biodegradable, non-toxic freezable gel, and its center spindle allows the user to easily apply pressure to the desired muscle. Store in a freezer or cooler for at least 6 hours before use. Made in the USA. Product Details:

• To use, grip handles firmly and roll
• Grip is removable to account for smaller freezers
• Do not use frozen on an isolated muscle for more than 15 minutes
