The Stainless Tofu-Maker allows you to create two firm blocks of handmade tofu with ease. Featuring a durable 18-8 stainless steel body, pressing lid, and a strainer bag, it ensures quality and convenience. Compact, dishwasher-safe, and designed for regular use, this kit is a versatile addition to any kitchen.How to use: Blend soaked soybeans with water for 3 minutes, strain through the kit’s bag, and add 50ml of water to extract soy milk. Heat to a boil, reduce to low, add 1/2 cup water, and turn off the heat. Stir dissolved coagulant into the soy milk at 80°C and let set for 15 minutes. Line the tofu mold with cloth, pour the mixture, press for 15 minutes, and soak in water for 30 minutes.
