    “My family doesn’t towel-dry any dishes – unless we are in really short supply and need something ASAP. Mostly, they dry in the dishwasher (we just open the door – not turn on the heated dry) or sit in the side sink to dry. Now, with this new drying rack, we can air-dry the dishes on the counter – which allows for more air flow and can get them dry a bit quicker. This rack does not have an excessively large footprint, so it doesn’t take up too much counter space for a long time. Since is collapses, it is easy to store in inside a cabinet or on top of the fridge when we are not using it.
