What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in USD.
 
I’ve bought. When will I receive my product?
If the products you’ve ordered are in stock, your order will typically ship within 2 – 6 business days after the product sale period ends. Shipping time is usually 3 – 6 business days for US orders.

International orders have longer processing times to ship. After the order ships, please allow one month for orders to arrive in Canada, and two months for orders to arrive in all other international locations. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact IPPINKA.
 
I’d like to learn more about free shipping.
If your cart (before taxes) is $49 or more, your order qualifies for free shipping to a single address in the contiguous United States.
 
Where do you ship to?
Based on your feedback, we now support international orders directly through the online checkout! Please see our International Orders page to learn more.
 
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We have a 30 day, no questions asked Return Policy. In addition, we accept exchanges if the product arrives to you damaged.
 
What about product warranties?
Some products come with product warranty offered by the distributor and/or manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, IPPINKA does not handle product warranty claims.
